Meet the Korean entertainment and tech powerhouses behind $KPOP’s mission:

JUSTIN LEE

Justin Lee is the founder of The
Korea Cup and a pioneer in global
K-culture experiences.

When Justin was formerly Chief
Revenue Officer at CJ ENM America,
he played a key role in founding
KCON, the world's largest K-Pop convention.

From 2012-2019, he expanded KCON
to hundreds of thousands of fans, partnering with top talent managers behind EXO, BTS, Twice, Stray Kids,
and Ateez, and securing sponsorship deals with blue chip brands across telecommunications, automotive,
and consumer sectors.

Justin also launched CJ's Esports ventures, creating leagues for PUBG, Clash Royale, and Summoners War,
that engaged millions globally.

He currently serves as CRO of Incite, driving music and Esports
partnerships while expanding into
Asian markets.

T.J. MARBOIS

TJ Marbois is a creative technologist with nearly 30 years of experience
at the intersection of art,
engineering, and product innovation.

He’s held key roles at Walt Disney, Apple’s original Special Projects
team, and served as CTO of Vero.co, where he built a privacy-focused
global social network.

As founder of Ojingo Labs, TJ led
digital innovation projects for clients like Google, TED, Warner Music, and
Live Nation. His work spans visual effects, app development, gaming,
UI design, and toy invention for
Hasbro.

A Google Earth Hero awardee, TJ
is also a pioneer in internet
broadcasting and a passionate
advocate for purpose-driven tech.

Interesting fact about TJ?
He got his start dishwashing at Korea House in Virginia Beach, and he loved
every second of it.
