Augustine Hong

Augustine SC Hong is a pioneering
media executive and co-founder of ImaginAsian Entertainment, the first 24/7 Asian American cable network in the U.S.

Launched in 2004, ImaginAsian Entertainment encompassed iaTV,
The ImaginAsian Theater in New York City, iaRadio, and iaLink, an online magazine. Under Augustine's
leadership, the company secured partnerships with major Korean
media entities like Sidus and CJ
Group's Mnet Media, aiming to
expand Asian content distribution across the U.S.

Beyond media, Augustine has over
30 years of experience in financial services, including founding
Princeton Advisory Group and
serving as CEO of Alexandria Capital.

His career reflects a commitment to bridging cultures and industries
through innovative platforms.

JUSTIN LEE

Justin Lee is the founder of
KONVERGE and a pioneer in global
K-culture experiences.

Formerly, as Chief Revenue Officer
at CJ ENM America, he launched
KCON, the world’s largest K-Pop convention, and led high-impact partnerships with major brands like Verizon, Toyota, and Warner Bros.
He was instrumental in building relationships with top talent managers behind groups like BTS, Stray Kids, BLACKPINK, and NewJeans.

Justin also spearheaded major
Esports initiatives, including the National PUBG League. In 2019, he founded KONVERGE to unify K-Pop, Esports, K-Beauty, and Korean Food under one global event platform.

He currently serves as CRO of Incite, expanding its reach in Asian markets through music and gaming
partnerships.

T.J. MARBOIS

TJ Marbois is a creative technologist with nearly 30 years of experience
at the intersection of art,
engineering, and product innovation.

He’s held key roles at Walt Disney
Films, Apple’s original iPod team, and served as CTO of Vero.co, where he
built a privacy-focused global social network.

As founder of Ojingo Labs, TJ led
digital innovation projects for clients like Google, TED, Warner Music, and
Live Nation. His work spans visual effects, app development, gaming,
UI design, and toy invention for
Hasbro.

A Google Earth Hero awardee, TJ
is also a pioneer in internet
broadcasting and a passionate
advocate for purpose-driven tech.
